What are my chances of getting into UPenn?

I'm interested in the MSW/MBA program at UPenn but I never took the SAT exam. I'm presently pursuing an undergrad in Psychology/Human Services, and will be graduating with a 3.8 GPA. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what approach I should take? Is there a chance of even getting accepted?
