Is my husband using me for his papers? ok we've been married for 10 years and 3 children and?

one on the way. for our wedding anniversary he did not even buy a card or anything to celebrate . the only thing he bought was a $ 25.00 cake and nothing else... no , not even a card. recently his family back home is always aksing him for money. He gets them anything they ask for. His unlce is getting married and my husband is the one making the expenses for his mom , dad, sister, and two brothers. i'm like we are renting a tiny apartment , we don't have any money to be giving to his family all the time. he also has a older brother that's been here for 10 plus years and have not accompished anything. everytime my husband tells him to get a job or go to school his brother ignores him and the wife never tells him to go to school or find a a job neither. my husband is the one sending money all the time to his brother's children back home. at first i supported him. i said i don't mind him helping his family out, but now i feel that they are just taking advantage of him and me. i'm starting to think my husband only married me for papers... and what's up with him not getting anyhthing for our anniversary? i told him let;s wait for next time we can take a vacation or something because we have no where to leave the kids right now. He filed papers for his mom and dad so i told him at least when they come over we can have the kids stay with them and we can have vacation or something but at least he could've bought something , jewlery , a card anything. i've been a good wife, i cook clean, take care of the kids , etc. i'm not working, i just graduated from school with a bsw. my goal is to get an msw so we can support our children. i 'm starting to think that my husbnad only married me for papers. am i right to think that? when i met him he didn't have anything. i'm the one who helped him and even encouraged him to complete his education. i'm starting to think that he's taking advantage of me. am i right to think that about him? please help.
