Job prospects for Social Worker in New York City?

I am about to graduate with a Masters of Social Work in Chicago and my girlfriend already has her MSW and is in the process of getting her LCSW. We are thinking about moving to NYC soon but don't know much about Social Work prospects and the overall SW community in New York. Chicago is a major Social Work area and there is a huge SW community here. Is New York a good place for Social Work?
