How does MSW degree really useful in Corporate sector or other sectors as well?

social work is a very varied discipline. Social workers can do anything from psychotherapy, program administration, counseling, research, teaching, etc. For the non public sector, msw would probably have experience, training, and/or degree in second discipline like MBA or MPA and may work as administrators of for profit agencies that are contracted by government. Another possility is as counselor for employees within a specific company (EAP). Some MSWs with the appropriate license may also have a private practice.
