Should I get an MSW now or wait?

If I could go to grad school for free, I would enroll right now. However, money is a big issue. I have $18K in undergrad loans, and getting an MSW would add another 25K. That would make my monthly loan payments (roughly) around $500-600, I think. Is there a good job market for those with MSW degrees? I am worried that I will be going for all this schooling and by the time I get done with grad school (it would take two years with my Sociology degree) I still won't be able to find anything. My ultimate goal is to be a Marriage and Family Therapist, but that is years down the road. So, should I just wait and save up some money/gain experience before going for the MSW or should I just take on the debt and do it now?
