Jobs with a Masters in social work..In a prison?

I am planning to get my Masters in social work, and I am wondering what kind of jobs would be available for me. I feel very drawn to working in prisons, or with poverty stricken communities. What specific jobs could I do in those fields with an MSW? I would really appreciate anything you can tell me!
