Getting a job after college?

So I graduated from college with my undergrad in Social Work in December of 2010. I took a couple of months off and now I am going back for my Master's in Social Work. I felt pretty good about going back but now I see a lot of my friends that graduated with me (BSW's) are out looking for jobs. I now kind of feel guilty thinking that I should be out looking for a job instead of spending more time in school. There is only one girl I know who is going back for her MSW. I'm not sure if I am making the right decision of going back to school.
