Do you capitalize diagnose in a statement of purpose?
I am writing a statement of purpose for a MSW. I am naming specific diagnosis. Some people say capitalize, others say it is not grammatical correct. So is a diagnose capitalized or not. Like major depression or Major Depression. What is the correct from?
